Circle of Care St. Louis is Hiring a Care Coordinator Near Hazelwood, MO

The Care Coordinator is part of the Social Service Division at Circle of Care St. Louis. In this role, the Care Coordinator will provide the following services:

  • Conduct intake interviews and needs assessments for new clients
  • Research and maintain a directory of community resources including food banks, housing assistance, job training programs, etc.
  • Help clients fill out applications and paperwork for government programs
  • Maintain detailed records and case files tracking client interactions and progress
  • Participate in training to learn about available resources and social services procedures

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Strong communication, listening, and interviewing skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clients compassionately and non-judgmentally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Interest in social services and/or nonprofit

Hours are flexible approximately 15-20 hours per week. Excellent opportunity for students interested in social work, case management, and direct client services.
